Admission Assessment with Poonam

Before starting, all participants must complete a one-on-one ONERO™ assessment with Poonam Patel:

  • Current Patients: 30-minute ONERO™ short assessment
  • New Patients / Referrals: 60-minute full ONERO™ assessment (if not assessed in the past 3 months at our clinic)

This session includes baseline testing, goal setting, and screening for other issues such as knee arthritis or back pain.

Why do I need to participate twice a week?

Repetition and gradual increase in load are essential for building strength and improving bone density.

Is there an age limit?

No! The program is tailored to meet you where you are, with modifications based on your assessment.

How do reassessments work?

We recommend a follow-up every 12 weeks to track progress and adjust your program.
